Your details, handled with care.
This page explains what we collect on this website, who helps us handle it, and what you can ask us to do. Last updated October 23, 2026.
Only what you choose to send.
If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, business name, the services you ticked, and anything you write in the message. If you email us, we receive your email address and your message.
We use this to reply to you and to talk about a possible project. We don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Your visit itself is not tied to your name. Like any website, our host sees technical details such as your IP address and browser type when a page loads, so the site can be delivered and kept secure.
A few services run the site for us.
Your owl and your mode.
When you pick an owl color or switch between light and dark mode, your browser remembers the choice on your own device so the site looks the same next time. It is not sent to us and it holds nothing about you.
We don't run advertising trackers on this site, and we don't share your details with advertisers.
We don't track you across other websites, so there's nothing for a Do Not Track setting to switch off.
How long, and with whom.
We keep messages for 90 days, then delete them. If we work together, we keep project records for as long as we need them to deliver the work and support you afterward.
We don't sell your information. We share it only with the services listed above, when it's needed to run the site and answer you, or if the law requires it.
Ask us anything about your data.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you live in California, you may have extra rights under California privacy law, and you can use them the same way.
Email hello@vectorowl.studio and say what you'd like. This website is not meant for children under 13.
If we change this page, we'll update the date at the top.
